C&E stands for family. Welcome and congratulations! My name is Chris McGilloway. I’m a licensed home inspector and owner/operator of C&E Home Inspections and Services LLC. I named the company after my two children, Clara and Ethan. My mission is to build a company that will provide for my family, while helping yours. Buying and maintaining a home can be a complicated and sometimes scary process. It is the biggest financial investment you will make, so you want to learn as much as possible about your investment. That is why home inspections are so important. There are potential problems with every home, my job is to provide professional recommendations so you can decide which issues to monitor, immediately address, or perhaps negotiate on before closing. I also will help familiarize you with your new home by walking you through the basic operation of common appliances, routine maintenance and answer any question you may have during the inspection.
